Recently I have personally participated in a couple of home improvement shows.
It is surprising that people are so interested in healthy Asian cooking even at events
like those.
There are opportunities in bridal shows, craft shows etc. You can negotiate for the price of a booth; I don't suggest paying too much for a booth. If you check around, you will be able to find reasonably priced booths.
